BUILD YOUR OWN LEONARDO

Build your own titanium LEONARDO, LEO.NESSA or FOLDI.LEO in up to three orders. Pick the orders you want and leave the rest on "- none". The E:WHEEL (3RD.ORDER) can also be ordered later, but the 2ND.ORDER must be placed before the frame ships. Everything is built to order from brand-new, latest-generation parts, with no old stock or old specs.

How it works

• 1ST.ORDER: your titanium FRAME-SET, standard, step.through or folding. We send photos of the finished frame.
• 2ND.ORDER: we build it into a complete non-electric bike, with chain or belt drive, single-speed or 2-speed, and optional mudguards (quick-release on the large frames, standard on the folding frame).
• 3RD.ORDER: an all-in-one E:WHEEL (Zehus or KEYDE). It swaps with the standard rear wheel in seconds: two bikes in one.
• The price shown is the total of the orders selected.

Build

• Strong, light, corrosion-resistant titanium tubes.
• Standard and step.through: a titanium frame in size S, M or L, with a cr-mo or titanium fork, and custom or standard geometry and custom logos.
• Folding: a unisex, one-size titanium frame that folds down to roughly 40 × 60 × 80cm, with 20" wheels, a cr-mo or titanium fork and an aluminium or titanium folding stem.
• Frames come chain only, or ready for chain or Gates Carbon belt drive (chosen in the 1ST.ORDER). A belt.drive build needs a belt-ready frame.
• Front and rear hybrid-hydraulic disc brakes, with quickly replaceable compression-less housing.
• Aluminium rims, seat post, handlebars and stem, with any handlebar shape you like.
• Saddle and grips in brown microsuede or sport black (let us know when ordering).
• Aluminium pedals, with optional stainless steel toe clips.
• Choice of 32mm Schwalbe tyres on the large frames, and narrow or wide 20" tyres on the folding frame.
• Eyelets for mudguards and a rack.
• Single-speed, or 2-speed with a gearbox inside the crankset (chosen in the 2ND.ORDER).
• Easy to service or upgrade, with sealed bearings, external cable routing and no proprietary standards.

2-speed gearbox

• An ultra-thin (10mm) planetary gearbox sits in the crankset. Shift with a tap of your heel.
• The ratios are 1x direct drive and 1.65x overdrive, with full torque in both pedalling directions, so it works with fixed gear.
• There are no cables, levers or derailleurs.

Electric option: Gen3 Zehus all-in-one

• The Gen3 Zehus hub has a 200Wh battery with improved charging, and up to 40Nm of torque. It adds only about 3kg.
• The battery, wheel speed sensor and pedal torque sensor are all integrated in the hub, so there are no separate sensors or battery cables.
• KERS (brake regeneration) comes with the Zehus wheel and can be activated by back-pedalling or from the controller.
• There's no noticeable drag when freewheeling or with the assist off.
• Neutral handling, because both electric and pedal power go to the rear wheel.
• It can be quickly upgraded to future generations of the motor.
• The battery pack is rated for up to 15,000 km.
• It's already compliant with the new, stricter EU safety standards.
• Comes with the standard Zehus warranty and an international network of repair and assistance centres.
• App lock and wireless control: set it once and ride, or use the optional remote, the app or a third-party display.
• Compatible SIGMA bike computers: ROX 2.0, ROX 4.0 (incl. Endurance), ROX 11.1 EVO, ROX 12.1 EVO and EOX VIEW 700, 1300 and 1500. They connect via Bluetooth and show speed, cadence, battery level, odometer and assist level.

Electric option: KEYDE all-in-one

• The universal KEYDE rear e-wheel puts the motor, battery and controller in a compact, lightweight hub, for smoother, near-silent assistance and minimal maintenance.
• It has a 200Wh battery and a maximum torque of 25Nm.
• A built-in slope sensor intelligently increases power when you ride uphill.
• The battery, wheel speed sensor and pedal torque sensor are all integrated in the hub, so there are no separate sensors or battery cables.
• There's no noticeable drag with the assist off.
• It connects via Bluetooth to dedicated iOS and Android apps.
• A minimalist handlebar control is included, so you can adjust the level of assistance without the app. It connects via Bluetooth and has a small solar panel.
• It suits wheels from 20" upwards, works with both rim and disc brakes, and comes in 120mm or 135mm spacing (let us know when ordering).
• An external bottle-shaped extra battery is available on request.

Sizes

• S: 160–168cm rider height.
• M: 169–177cm rider height.
• L: 178–186cm rider height.
• XS and XL frames available on request.
• Folding frame: one size, unisex. Maximum recommended rider weight is 110kg.

Ordering

• We send progress photos and a picture of your finished bike before shipping.
• Final assembly is fairly straightforward but needs some basic mechanical sympathy.
• Sales outside the UK will incur local duties. For EU orders, a shipping option with all import duties pre-paid is available at checkout.
