REFUND POLICY

our returns policy lasts 14 days. if 14 days have gone by, since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer full refunds or exchanges.

to be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

perishable goods cannot be returned.

to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

refunds do not include payment providers' fees and return shipping.

on purchases valued £50 or less, the courier might not provide full tracking details. in these cases we cannot guarantee a full refund if delivery is disputed where we can demonstrate proof of posting to the correct address.

there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery



once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
next contact your bank. there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

only regular priced items may be refunded. items clearly marked as "sale" cannot be fully refunded and may be subject to shorter warranty periods where specified.

we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at nfixed@nfixed.com and send your item back to us.

to return your product, or for repairs under warranty, you should post your product back to us first.

you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for sending us the item.

you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

if repairs qualify as "under warranty", we will take care of the shipping costs back to you too.

unless otherwise specified, our products' warranty lasts for 2 years.

on third party items, our seller warranty lasts 14 days, after which warranty duties will be carried out by the manufacturer.

malicious attempts at chargebacks will immediately void our warranty and negate any further cooperation, repairs or refunds.
